Brevo (舊稱：Sendinblue) 帳戶被暫時停用怎麼辦？

我剛註冊好 Sendinblue 帳戶，原本開開心心準備要開始使用他們的服務的時候，居然不能用！

出現了下面這則警訊：

這次不是我第 1 次 註冊 Sendinblue 帳戶。

會註冊新帳號，是因為我在製作 WordPress 購物網站架設教學 的時候 ，有講解到如何設定 Sendinblue 自動寄送 WooCommerce 訂單通知的功能，所以才需要註冊 1 個新的帳戶做來示範。

有的時候，Sendinblue 怕有人濫用他們的免費服務去寄送垃圾信，所以有機會會需要透過人工認證來啟用帳戶。

我想，既然我有碰到這個狀況，應該也會有其他觀眾會碰到。

所以，我就把我跟 Sendinblue 客服的溝通過程分享出來，希望能幫助到不習慣使用英文跟客服溝通的人。

其實，只要根據實際狀況跟客服聯絡，就能夠順利啟用帳戶。你可以參考我是怎麼跟客服溝通的。

建議可以使用 Google 翻譯 (中翻英) + Grammarly (AI 檢查文法與用字) 跟客服聯絡。
